Go to toolbar at the top of browser, and click on "Tools", then "Internet Options".
At the top of the pop-up, you'll see a "Home Page" box. The address of the site that you are currently at (http://www.marshallindex.com) is there. Press the "Use Current" button to specify this page as your home page.

From Firefox tool bar (this includes the words "File", "Edit", etc.). Click on Tools, then Options.
The popup window will open up with the default option of General. At the top of the window, you'll see "Home Page Locations." The address of the site that you are currently at (http://www.marshallindex.com) is there. Press the "Use Current" button to specify this page as your home page.

From Opera menu click Settings than Preferences.

The new available list "Heads of states" reveals the great popularity of politicians. Compared to global issues such as Aids (34.8) or Iran (35.5) that hit comparably high values only occasionally, politicians such as Berlusconi, Merkel and Obama manage to maintain high values. Obama indeed is the one leading word and has been on top of all lists every day since we are tracking his index: with a MIX of 60, he beats "Google", "China", "soccer", and "Michael Jackson" on a daily basis.
