Go to toolbar at the top of browser, and click on "Tools", then "Internet Options".
At the top of the pop-up, you'll see a "Home Page" box. The address of the site that you are currently at (http://www.marshallindex.com) is there. Press the "Use Current" button to specify this page as your home page.

From Opera menu click Settings than Preferences.

Vaccination raises media attention

News concerning a HIV vaccination study among 16000 people in Thailand fueled debate about AIDS & HIV in the Media, bringing three times more attention to the topic as usual. The MIX for AIDS went from 60(Mio eyeballs/day) to 193; the Mix for HIV tripled as well, and even the word "Thailand" scored high, rising from 50 to 87, keeping peak values for three days.
