Go to toolbar at the top of browser, and click on "Tools", then "Internet Options".
At the top of the pop-up, you'll see a "Home Page" box. The address of the site that you are currently at (http://www.marshallindex.com) is there. Press the "Use Current" button to specify this page as your home page.

Click on the Close button.

From Opera menu click Settings than Preferences.

Welcome Wikileaks, a site almost unknown to the general public just month ago, now to the 10 most popular Websites mentioned in the media. With an average of 100 points, Wikileaks is currently more popular then Adobe, Ebay and Myspace and has reached 1/4 of Facebooks popularity, still leading the group. Judging from the recent stories published by Wikileaks, it seems that the site will be able to maintain its popularity level even with average stories.
