Go to toolbar at the top of browser, and click on "Tools", then "Internet Options".
At the top of the pop-up, you'll see a "Home Page" box. The address of the site that you are currently at (http://www.marshallindex.com) is there. Press the "Use Current" button to specify this page as your home page.

From Opera menu click Settings than Preferences.

Great result and many MIX points for Angelina Jolie: with her visit to Abu Graib in Iraq as a special commissioner of the UNHCR, Angelina boosted her MIX from next to 0 to 31.667 within three days after her visit. A great success for Angelina, for the cause of the UNHCR, and great PR work from the UN Press Office.
