Go to toolbar at the top of browser, and click on "Tools", then "Internet Options".
At the top of the pop-up, you'll see a "Home Page" box. The address of the site that you are currently at (http://www.marshallindex.com) is there. Press the "Use Current" button to specify this page as your home page.

You have three options to chose from when tracking a word:

EXACT: The word will be searched in all international media exactly as you have entered it, no matter in which language the media is published.

LANGUAGE: You are free to choose the language in which a particular term shall be searched for. This way you can find out about a specific word in all media that are published in a specific language.

GLOBAL: This type of tracking enables the user to search for a specific word in all media and in all available languages; enter the word in English and it will be translated into seventy languages and then tracked in all available media (in the respective languages). By choosing the "Global" option, you can at last find out about the global impact of a specific word, person, company, or topic.
