Ingredients
Butter
3 eggs
1 cup of water
1 cup of half and half or milk
1½ cups flour
Salt
Light dash of cinnamon
Directions
In a bowl, mix all ingredients except butter.
Heat cast iron pan on high and melt butter in pan.
Pour small glop of batter into pan. Swivel wrist to spread batter around pan.
When bubbles materialize across crepe, use a spatula to flip.
Serve with your choice...
