Mein Browser hat RevEye als Erweiterung. Da braucht man nur mit rechts auf das Bild klicken und er sucht in verschiedenen reverse image search engines. Die Meisten Treffer hat man dabei übrigens mit google reverse image.
Das braucht dann also nur einen Mausklick...
