Bei den in Schraubgläsern in Sesamöl eingelegten Tofustücken wurde eine Kontamination mit Bacillus cereus festgestellt. Das Bakterium kann schwere Durchfälle auslösen, das Produkt wurde daher als gesundheitsschädlich beurteilt.
